Any person studying chemistry or biochemistry at the University of Turku or any other person interested in said fields can become a full member of the organization by purchasing a membership through Kide.app. The membership fee in 2025 is 5€ / year or alternatively 20€ / 5 years.
If you do not renew your membership, your information will be deleted from our membership register when the membership fee due date (31.1.) has passed.
Applying for a senior membership
Once you have been a member of TYK ry for at least 5 years, you have the opportunity to apply for senior membership (also known as the lifetime membership). As a senior member, you are entitled to member benefits without having to pay an annual membership fee. The board processes applications and approves new senior members at its meetings.
