The purpose of processing personal data (purpose of use of the register)
To manage memberships of the assocication (membeship list referred to in Chapter 3, Section 11 § of the Associations Act), to communicate information about the association’s activaties (email address), and to verify the eligibility of association members (educational program).
The data content of registers
Membership register witholds the name of the member, home municipality, educational program and email address. For the purpose of sending invitations to Anniversaries senior members can provide us with their contact details for our use.
For planning of events your name, email address, educatioanl program, companion and allergy informations may be collected. Information will be deleted right after the event.
Organization’s magazine Tykki collects name information and pictures. The Magazine can be found in electronic format from the website of the Association.
Regular sources of information
All membership information is collected from members within joining.
Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the EU or the European Economic Area
Data will not be disclosed to any third party without the member’s consent.
Storage of data
Register data will be deleted annually for members who have not paid their membership fee for the current year.
Register data will also be deleted when a person requests its deletion by sending an email from the email address listed in the register or by writing to the person responsible for maintaining the register.
Principles of register protection
The register data is stored in an information system that is only accessible to a limited group of people. This group includes persons who are necessary for the maintenance of the membership register, i.e., the current board of TYK ry (see “Person responsible for register matters”). The register system is password protected.
