Social politics manager and Equality coordinator are responsible for making sure that everyone is treated equally, feels safe and has fun in TYK ry’s events and all activities <3 We are committed to follow TYY’s principles for safer space. With the given form you can provide feedback, report any harassment or discrimination you have witnessed or experienced, or share any other concerns you may have. The more details you provide about what happened, the better we can address the issue.
You can fill out the form either anonymously or by providing your name. A form filled out anonymously is intended only to bring the matter to our attention, as we unfortunately cannot proceed with anonymous reports. A report made anonymously about a specific person will also not be forwarded to that person, as we cannot personally contact anyone based on an anonymous report.
The only people who can see the responses are the social politics manager and the equality coordinator of TYK ry. You can also email us directly, send us a message, or just tap us on the shoulder when you see us!
Ideas or requests for alcohol-free events and other suggestions for improving social politics and equality in TYK ry are also more than welcome via given form!
